Robert G. Scott

Mr. Robert "Bobby" G. Scott received his Bachelor of Science from Barton College in 1993 while attending pursuant to a varsity soccer scholarship.  He received his Juris Doctorate of Law in 1999 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School while attending pursuant to an academic scholarship.  Bobby was also an editor of the law school's "Law Review" publication. After law school, Bobby was a prosecutor in Guilford County N.C. before going into private practice in 1999. 

Bobby is an aggressive trial attorney who has earned a reputation for successfully and professionally representing his clients throughout all courts in North Carolina in family and criminal law matters.  He is licensed in North Carolina and U.S. Federal District Court.  He has been a member of The Academy of Trial Lawyers, The National Criminal Defense Association, Ethics and Grievance Committee for the N.C. State Bar, The College for DUI Defense, Kernersville Rotary Club, and Big Brothers and Sisters of North Carolina.   Bobby is currently a member of the North Carolina Bar and Forsyth County Bar Associations as well as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve (JAG) Corps, and has received the President's Volunteer Service Award for serving his community and country with distinction.  

Bobby lives in High Point with his daughter, Sophia. Together, they enjoy boating at Lake Norman, the wild pony swim at Chincoteague Island, VA and Tuesday Taco Nights.
